It was not until I embarked on brief psychodynamic therapy following the lowest point of my life since my twenties that I could paint PEACE. This piece was significant in my post-study psychological recovery as to finish it meant sitting uncomfortably without sabotaging it, as seen in SELF-SABOTAGE.
